Attorney Kendall has over 25 years of legal experience, including over 16 years developing a federal employment law practice representing federal employees subject to wrongful termination, discrimination in the workplace or other discriminatory actions. Also, Attorney Kendall is skilled at negotiating federal employment contracts and severance agreements, as well as representing federal employees in legal actions against their employer.
