If you have been arrested for drunk driving…

• Field sobriety test
• Breath test
• Blood sample test

If you have, let us know immediately. We can sometimes challenge the findings of these tests--we've usually been successful in the past. In the case of the blood test, the police only keep the samples for 30 days, so time is of the essence.

We will not settle for anything less. Often, we can work out a favorable deal with the District Attorney. If this is a first offense, the court will sometimes accept treatment instead of jail. If we do not get a satisfactory plea agreement, we will go to trial.
