Attorney Kendall has over 25 years of legal experience and focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, criminal law, family law (divorce, support, custody, relocation and protection from abuse), disability law, workers' compensation, bankruptcy, administrative law and civil and commercial litigation.

Attorney Kendall has been practicing law since 1985. He graduated from Ohio Northern University, Pettit School of Law with a Juris Doctorate, with Distinction in 1984. Mr. Kendall graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1980. Before his arrival at Scaringi & Scaringi, P.C., Mr. Kendall spent sixteen years as a solo practitioner representing individual employees, unions and employers in private and public employment matters including: claims for unemployment compensation, negotiating, drafting and litigation of executive employment contracts, civil service disputes, state and federal litigation of claims of discrimination, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims and Older Workers Benefit Protection Act claims. During this period of time, Attorney Kendall developed a particular expertise in federal employment law, which is a highly particularized area.

Prior to that Attorney Kendall practiced in small firms, including now Mifflin County President Judge Timothy S. Searer's private law office, the Mifflin County District Attorney’s office as an Assistant District Attorney, the Pennsylvania State Police and legal services. Mr. Kendall also has extensive experience in criminal law, both as a former prosecutor and as a private defense attorney in family law, disability, workers’ compensation and bankruptcy.

Attorney Kendall has a proven track record of successful, effective and creative representation of individuals and entities in virtually all areas of the law – most notably in employment and labor law. Attorney Kendall has extensive experience dealing with diversified private and public employment issues, and a reputation for creating trust and relationship building in providing effective assistance to the negotiation and resolution of complex workplace disputes.
