Attorney Virginia Henning focuses her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, taxation law, estate planning, estate administration, appellate law, pardons and expungements.

Attorney Henning obtained her license to practice law in Maryland in 2003 and in Pennsylvania is 2005. She is also admitted to the United States District Court Middle District Court. Attorney Henning is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Tax Law Section, Dauphin County Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, American Bar Association, Section of Taxation, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association.

In 1998, Attorney Henning graduated cum laude from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics. She graduated from American University Washington College of Law in 2003 with a Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Attorney Henning was the executive editor of the American University International Law Review.

Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Henning worked in Washington, D.C. as a legal editor with BNA, Inc., a national publisher of research materials. She has also worked as a law clerk in the legal divisions of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, both in Washington, D.C.

Attorney Henning is a member and officer of the Venture Club of Harrisburg. She is a native of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Enola, Pennsylvania.
