Our family has used Melanie Scaringi and her law firm associates for several years in estate planning, elder care recommendations and in preparation of wills, living wills and powers of attorney. You would be hard-pressed to find a more caring and empathetic lawyer than Attorney Komada, who represented my case against a surrogate mother who tried to take back custody of my son. In the trial, Attorney Komada was on-point, knew the case backwards and forwards, and made the surrogate mother appear amateurish on the stand. Outside of the courtroom, she showed compassion for my son and for that, I will be naming my future daughter after her. She will be known as Aunt Komada to my son and future daughter!

I was dealing with a civil suit and didn't know what to do . I made one call and by shear luck got the best attorney I could have possibly asked for, Ms. Komada is a nightmare for anyone who is on the receiving end, she is beyond prepared, very detail oriented and will not let anyone belittle or confuse her clients . I was amazed at how well she controls the court room and how she manages to be aggressive in such a professional manner , I do not believe any opposing attorney is able to grasp her unbelievable abilities to effectively produce a positive outcome for her client she is Amazing .
