Great Civil Litigation Attorney - Attorney Komada represented me recently on a very complicated civil litigation case. I found myself in a middle of an intense civil case which quickly became out of hand. After years of fighting it myself to no avail and feeling like a prisoner, I hired Attorney Komada. She feverishly researched every corner of the law she could find to make sure we prevailed in our case. I am extremely satisfied with her representation and would hire her again for any further litigation. She was quick to return my calls/e-mails when I needed her, and was impressive in the courtroom. My husband and I used the Scaringi Law firm in connection with the purchase of our home. We worked with Attorney Frank Mroczka and his paralegal, Megan Schilling. Both were excellent and very responsive. There was a unique issue in our case, but Attorney Mroczka guided us through it and we felt we were in good hands the entire time. I contacted Scaring Law because I needed some advice about a car I had purchased through a well known Company in Hanover PA, The car was sold to me with a defect that could have caused serious damage to myself and those I Love ( Grandchildren ) not to mention others that were driving their own cars. I was given a newer car and they took back the one with the defect to scrap or use for parts. This is a long overdue statement of congratulations to Marc Scaringi. Reason is for the fine staff you have assembled and the help with my legal issue in last 4 years. I was always very satisfied and humbled that your office would handle my minor legal issues with the same respect and detail as your more major cases. This was recently taken to an even greater level , as an employee of yours captured my full attention(and referrals to your office for life by me). Her name is Deb Black and , quite frankly, you are very fortunate to have her in your employ. I am very serious and sincere when I say I could not have imagined talking to someone such as her about my issue and very unexpectedly having it resolved within a week. She was kind,humble and just. Greatest of all, she listened intently. For her to grab what I probably articulated poorly , and decipher immediately who to contact and what route to take was nothing short of amazing. So you might think I am pouring on the accolades just to see myself write. That could not be more away from the truth.
