Our family has used Melanie Scaringi and her law firm associates for several years in estate planning, elder care recommendations and in preparation of wills, living wills and powers of attorney. Scaringi Law handled all of the estate accounting and legal requirements when I served as executor for my deceased Mother-in-Law. In all of these endeavors they acted capably and professionally providing timely and expert counsel for the required actions. We met regularly in person and communicated by phone and email. In even the most complex issues they never once made me feel stupid! Particularly noteworthy is the firms experience in dealing directly with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and the Office of the Attorney General. I was dealing with a civil suit and didn't know what to do . I made one call and by shear luck got the best attorney I could have possibly asked for, Ms. Komada is a nightmare for anyone who is on the receiving end, she is beyond prepared, very detail oriented and will not let anyone belittle or confuse her clients . I was amazed at how well she controls the court room and how she manages to be aggressive in such a professional manner , I do not believe any opposing attorney is able to grasp her unbelievable abilities to effectively produce a positive outcome for her client she is Amazing .
