Scaringi Law“In all of these endeavors they acted capably and professionally providing timely and expert counsel.”Our family has used Melanie Scaringi and her law firm associates for several years in estate planning, elder care recommendations and in preparation of wills, living wills and powers of attorney. Scaringi Law handled all of the estate accounting and legal requirements when I served as executor for my deceased Mother-in-Law. In all of these endeavors they acted capably and professionally providing timely and expert counsel for the required actions. We met regularly in person and communicated by phone and email. In even the most complex issues they never once made me feel stupid! Particularly noteworthy is the firms experience in dealing directly with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and the Office of the Attorney General. The estate was handled successfully in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use the firm and recommend them to anyone. Best regards
Scaringi Law“If you need an attorney who will work hard for you and do exactly what they say they are going to do to help you solve your case, and do it all in a timely fashion, call Scaringi Law”For more than a decade, an out-of-state Executor struggled to resolve the issues surrounding her father's complicated Estate Administration in Pennsylvania. The Executor hired several attorneys over the years to sort out the issues and settle the estate. No attorney during that time was willing or able to bring the estate to its proper closure. But after a few months of working on the case, Melanie Walz Scaringi and her mother, Judith T. Walz, were able to clear up the problems surrounding the case. Their hard work sparked the following letter from the client, D.L.: I am so glad that God guided us to your firm and most especially Melanie and Judi. As soon as I got off the phone with Melanie, after my first consultation, I felt a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. I have contacted the firm several times and have always been greeted and helped in a very professional and pleasant manner. Everyone makes you feel at ease and that your case is important to them. I really am glad that they took my case and that they actually did what they said they would and in a timely manner. I wish I could hire a plane to fly over Harrisburg with a big banner that reads, "If you need an attorney who will work hard for you and do exactly what they say they are going to do to help you solve your case, and do it all in a timely fashion, call Scaringi Law." - From a very happy client
