You would be hard-pressed to find a more caring and empathetic lawyer than Attorney Komada, who represented my case against a surrogate mother who tried to take back custody of my son. In the trial, Attorney Komada was on-point, knew the case backwards and forwards, and made the surrogate mother appear amateurish on the stand. Outside of the courtroom, she showed compassion for my son and for that, I will be naming my future daughter after her. She will be known as Aunt Komada to my son and future daughter!

My husband and I used the Scaringi Law firm in connection with the purchase of our home. We worked with Attorney Frank Mroczka and his paralegal, Megan Schilling. Both were excellent and very responsive. There was a unique issue in our case, but Attorney Mroczka guided us through it and we felt we were in good hands the entire time. My experience with using an attorney has only been with estate planning. When I needed an attorney for litigation I went to Scaringi Law and I'm glad I did my experience could not have been better. Brian did a great job for my niece at a time when she really needed help. Good advice while dealing with a state rep with whom I have no respect. Brian has more moral fiber than the rep has shown. I only wish I could have the other attorney exposed for the joke he is.
