I contacted Scaring Law because I needed some advice about a car I had purchased through a well known Company in Hanover PA, The car was sold to me with a defect that could have caused serious damage to myself and those I Love ( Grandchildren ) not to mention others that were driving their own cars. At Oct 2nd 2018, I decided to contact Scaring Law firm in regards to a municipal issues. To start with, the receptionists was very friendly and professional. Thanks goes to you. Telling her my issue, I was transferred to Attorney Frank Mroczka. If you have a misconception of attorneys, listen up. This attorney talked with me for 70 minutes not asking for a dime. Now I can’t say this would be the case for all. I did as much homework as I could do for my case before Scaringi law firm. "Destined Serenity"

You would be hard-pressed to find a more caring and empathetic lawyer than Attorney Komada, who represented my case against a surrogate mother who tried to take back custody of my son. In the trial, Attorney Komada was on-point, knew the case backwards and forwards, and made the surrogate mother appear amateurish on the stand. Outside of the courtroom, she showed compassion for my son and for that, I will be naming my future daughter after her. She will be known as Aunt Komada to my son and future daughter!
