I made one call and by shear luck got the best attorney I could have possibly asked for, Ms. Komada is a nightmare for anyone who is on the receiving end, she is beyond prepared, very detail oriented and will not let anyone belittle or confuse her clients . Our family has used Melanie Scaringi and her law firm associates for several years in estate planning, elder care recommendations and in preparation of wills, living wills and powers of attorney. Scaringi Law handled all of the estate accounting and legal requirements when I served as executor for my deceased Mother-in-Law.
