Our family has used Melanie Scaringi and her law firm associates for several years in estate planning, elder care recommendations and in preparation of wills, living wills and powers of attorney. Scaringi Law handled all of the estate accounting and legal requirements when I served as executor for my deceased Mother-in-Law. You would be hard-pressed to find a more caring and empathetic lawyer than Attorney Komada, who represented my case against a surrogate mother who tried to take back custody of my son. In the trial, Attorney Komada was on-point, knew the case backwards and forwards, and made the surrogate mother appear amateurish on the stand. Outside of the courtroom, she showed compassion for my son and for that, I will be naming my future daughter after her. She will be known as Aunt Komada to my son and future daughter!

This is a long overdue statement of congratulations to Marc Scaringi. Reason is for the fine staff you have assembled and the help with my legal issue in last 4 years. I was always very satisfied and humbled that your office would handle my minor legal issues with the same respect and detail as your more major cases. This was recently taken to an even greater level , as an employee of yours captured my full attention(and referrals to your office for life by me). Her name is Deb Black and , quite frankly, you are very fortunate to have her in your employ. I am very serious and sincere when I say I could not have imagined talking to someone such as her about my issue and very unexpectedly having it resolved within a week. She was kind,humble and just. Greatest of all, she listened intently. For her to grab what I probably articulated poorly , and decipher immediately who to contact and what route to take was nothing short of amazing.
