Ayooluwa A. Ariyo, Esq., joined Scaringi Law in September 2024. In 2025, Ms. Ariyo was promoted to Associate Attorney. She focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, support, and custody, civil litigation, Intellectual Property, business, and commercial law.
In September 2024, Ms. Ariyo joined the Firm as a Law Clerk, assisting Founding Attorney Marc A. Scaringi with his practice. Attorney Ariyo also has a special interest and practice in the areas of Intellectual Property Law, specifically in trademarks. Her role as a Law Clerk included drafting and filing legal pleadings in custody, divorce, and support matters with multiple Courts of Common Pleas, conducting legal research and drafting legal memos, assisting in civil and commercial litigation, and filing trademark applications, as well as supporting Mr. Scaringi in court. Ms. Ariyo especially enjoys interfacing with clients, providing a personal touch to ensure their legal case needs were met. The experience gained working with Mr. Scaringi has greatly influenced Ms. Ariyo’s current legal practice and fueled her desire to assist individuals and businesses with their legal needs.
Attorney Ariyo graduated from Temple University, Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in Journalism in 2020. At Temple, she served as an Assistant Features Web Editor of The Temple News and the Student Ambassador for the Klein College of Media and Communications. While at Temple, she served as a News Features Intern with The Philadelphia Inquirer. Ms. Ariyo graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with a J.D. in 2024. At Widener, she served as a Member and Associate Editor of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review (Volume 33), an Academic Success Fellow, and a member of the Black Law Students Association Executive Board.
Ms. Ariyo was born and grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, and is fluent in the Yoruba language. She is also a proud supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles.
