Scaringi Law is delighted to congratulate Alieu Marong on the approval of his H-1B Visa.
Mr. Marong earned his LL.B. from the University of The Gambia in 2016 and completed his legal training at The Gambia Law School in 2017. He went on to serve as State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chambers and Ministry of Justice in The Gambia from 2019 to 2023. From 2022 to 2023, he also contributed to legal education as a part-time Business Law lecturer at the University of The Gambia School of Business and Public Administration.
Mr. Marong continued to advance his legal studies internationally, earning his LL.M. in International Business Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium, followed by his LL.M. in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property from Penn State University in May 2024.
He filed his H-1B Visa petition on April 22, 2025, and received approval on October 28, 2025. Mr. Marong has been an invaluable part of Scaringi Law, serving as a law clerk since September 2024.
