If you believe your civil rights have been violated, you need an experienced civil rights lawyer, like Attorney Ruth who will aggressively protect your rights protected under Federal Law 42 U.S.C §1983.
In her Employment Law practice, Attorney Ruth has over 12 years of experience helping employers and employees to successfully navigate the many challenging situations that can arise in the workplace including: non-compete provisions, confidentiality provisions, employment agreements, discipline and termination, separation agreements, wage and hour disputes, discrimination and sexual harassment policies, unemployment, and wrongful termination.
